This is the basic Ubuntu Desktop 18.04.2 box converted from the Hyper-V Quick Create.

NOTE: Vagrant SSH seems to have a problem on the latest version of Windows because of bad permissions. I use these notes notes to work around it. I will try to solve the problem in Vagrant proper when I get a chance.
