A new Manjaro release will bump one or both of the first two digits. A new version of this Vagrant box will bump the last digit and this will most likely only be because of something like updated Guest Additions, a new Linux kernel or other miscellaneous updates pushed by Manjaro.
Be warned: Vagrant is having problems applying hostname- and network settings to Manjaro guests (github issue).
