A new Solar release will bump one or both of the first two digits. A new version of this Vagrant box will bump the last digit and this will most likely only be because of something like updated Guest Additions, a new Linux kernel or other miscellaneous updates pushed by Solar.

Be warned: Vagrant is currently unable to configure a hostname or network on Solus guests (github issue).
